3. APPLY. Press the tape down with your free hand. Smooth from the center outward. The hydrogel adhesive activates with skin warmth. Give it 30 seconds.

4. SLEEP. Leave on for a minimum of 2 hours. Overnight (6 to 8 hours) delivers the strongest result. Peel slowly in the morning. Discard.
